Meet our founder
Pao Reyner
I’m Pao Reyner, I’m 38 years old and a marketer by profession. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with some of the most important luxury and consumer brands. Thirteen years ago, I began my entrepreneurial journey with AWoman, a platform and forum for women that has reached Mexico City, Bogotá, and Madrid.
My passion for creating and my inability to stay still led me to develop Luaniü, a biodegradable and compostable feminine towel, born out of the need to offer a sustainable alternative in Mexico.
I was always told that it was impossible to balance personal and professional life, but I’ve proven that time doesn’t work the same for everyone; it’s about knowing when, how, and with whom. I married Andrés, the person I want to share my life project with, at the end of 2019. In 2020, we moved to New York and adopted Chencha, our little dog who is now part of our small family. In 2021, I became a mom to Martina, and recently in 2024, to little Sebastián. They are the most important project of my life.
The past few years have been full of constant changes, including a move to Miami and now, a return to New York. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that life is always in motion, and embracing those changes is part of growth.
I firmly believe in the power of community and the importance of sharing information, experiences, and camaraderie to achieve true freedom. That’s why Del Mito al Hecho, my podcast, is a space where we break myths and taboos women face, from sex and motherhood to money and mental health. For me, this project is an opportunity to connect authentically with many more women and continue evolving together
